Director of German courses for foreigners at the University of Munich visits SCBC
Dr. Melanie Moll, director of German courses for foreigners at the University of Munich, led a delegation to visit SCBC on the afternoon of May 19 and was received by Vice President Lai Zhili and the Head of the Center for International Cooperation and Exchange at the International Conference Hall.
Lai extended a warm welcome to the guests at the reception. He introduced SCBC’s achievements in student training, disciplinary development and scientific research. He hoped that the cooperation between the two organizations will embark on a new chapter in the post-pandemic era, saying that international cooperation and exchange is an effective way to promote diversified development of students.
Dr. Melanie Moll reciprocally gave an introduction to the University of Munich and the projects of cooperation. She said that she was very much looking forward to strengthened cooperation with South China Business College. She also hoped to make her own contribution to the cultural exchange between China and Germany.
The two sides exchanged views on the one-year exchange program for German language majors and the reciprocal visiting program for teachers. Both agreed to create more opportunities for cooperation and pave the way for students to succeed in different arenas in the future.
