SCBC Assembles in Honor of Teachers on National Teacher's Day
SCBC organized an assembly celebrating National Teacher's Day and awarding honors in the C201 Auditorium on September 8, 2016. School administrators announced the individual awards and presented certificates of honor to each recipient at the assembly. The honored are 47 Faculty of Excellence awards, 60 Outstanding Employee awards, and nine cohorts for their awards of Undergraduate Teaching Achievement Evaluation.
Two SCBC Faculty Placed First and Third in the Teaching Star Competition
A competition for the Teaching Star hosted by the Foreign Language Education and Research Publishing House was held in Nanjing, Chengdu, among other cities, this past summer. Two of SCBC's faculty members of College English Education, Yanling Li and Yumei Wu, were placed first in Chengdu and third in Nanjing, respectively.
